1/2 Cup of Butter/Margarine
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Grated Carrots ( or as much as you would like )
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
A Pinch of Salt ( Literally )
1 Lemon (For juicing & zest)
1/3 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice.
1/4 Cup of Water
