Having upper back pain? Watch physical therapist Dana Liang go over some stretches to help you relieve your upper back pain!

UPPER BODY STRETCHES

PT TIP:
1. Threading the Needle - when extending, rotate all through the spine
2. Open Book (side-lying) - try to get the opposite shoulder as close to the ground as possible
3. Open Book (standing) - be sure you rotate in the direction over the leg that is in front
4. Thoracic Extention - holding the stretch or doing slower repetitions work best
