Healthy Beet Roots and Carrot Smoothie

Hi today I make beetroot and Carrot Smoothie. I make also my own cashew milk. I use to make this yummy smoothie. The ingredients I use is: 3 bananas, 1 carrot, 1 beetroot, chia and hemp seed, and cashew milk. You blend for 3-5 minutes. This is so yummy. it's filling. It was my only meal for the day.
