Hateful tirade on the unvaccinated by Canada's PM

Justin Trudeau maligns unvaccinated Canadians as ignorant of science, misogynistic and racist people who shouldn't be "tolerated". What does that mean when the leader of a country says certain citizens shouldn't be tolerated? What do you do with people like that?
