They really care about the so-called feelings? The Reality of the history is this. People through time and history didn't''t really need status, though it does contribute to hierarchy and all this social BS that makes it supposedly work. What pushes the species forward is results, finding that new thing. Either an invention or patent.

Find or Build something that brings results that people desperately needed.
