Slideshow Of My Journey To India

In December of 2017, I attended a three week meditation retreat with my teacher of 18 years, Amma Sri Karunamayi, at her peninsula ashram in Andhra Pradesh, India. After the retreat I spent twelve days at the holy mountain of Arunachala and the ashram of the late Ramana Maharshi. The trip was a deeply tranformative and blessed experience for which I am very grateful. This video is a slideshow of some of my experiences. I took most of the photos but borrowed a couple of the portraits of me from friends. The music in the video is Atma Samarpanam by Dr. Nithyasree Mahadevan.
