Parliament fire: Thank You

The Speaker of the National Assembly Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula and Premier Alan Winde took part in a special ceremony at the Roeland Street Fire Station, organised by the Executive Mayor of Cape Town Geordin Hill-Lewis, to honour firefighters who won a courageous battle to contain the fire at the precincts of Parliament over the last three days. They were hoisted up in the Bronto Skylift truck-mounted aerial platforms to get an overview of the fire station.
