Try this Home Abs Workout to get ripped abs fast!

Exercise 1- Abs crunches
Exercise 2- Side to side toe touches
Exercise 3- Leg raises (You can bend your knees if you are a beginner)

3-4 sets of 15-20 reps each exercise. 1 minute rest in between sets.

If you are a complete beginner. You can do 2 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise.

Do this 3-4 days per week.

Progression Tips:

1. Do the exercises slow and controlled. Make sure to contract your abs every rep to feel tension.

2. Every week strive to add more reps and sets.

3. Keep challenging yourself but make sure to not overdo it to avoid getting injured.
