The following complaint is just for the record. No agency at the federal, state or county level wants to properly address these harmful agricultural activities. Apparently poisoning your neighbors continues to be legal in Imperial County. Ground pesticide spraying near residential area less than a quarter of a mile from field. No notification regarding pesticide application so that residents can take protective measures. This is the same residential area located at the junction of Meadows and Abatti roads where an agricultural burn took place on 3/19/202, while residents, including children, were outside when the burn was taking place. It is also the same place where the supervisor of the burn left while the burn was still spreading.

QUÉ: APLICACIÓN DE PLAGUICIDAS DE TIERRA

La siguiente queja es solo para que quede constancia. Ninguna agencia a nivel federal, estatal o de condado desea abordar adecuadamente estas actividades agrícolas dañinas. Aparentemente, envenenar a sus vecinos sigue siendo legal en el condado de Imperial. Fumigación de pesticidas en el suelo cerca de un área residencial a menos de un cuarto de milla del campo. No hay notificación sobre la aplicación de pesticidas para que los residentes puedan tomar medidas de protección. Esta es la misma zona residencial ubicada en el cruce de las carreteras Meadows y Abatti donde se produjo una quema agrícola el 19/03/202, mientras que los residentes, incluidos los niños, estaban afuera cuando se estaba produciendo la quema. También es el mismo lugar donde el supervisor de la quema se fue mientras la quema aún se estaba extendiendo.
