8 Eggs, hard boiled
8 ounces Crab Meat
1 stalk Celery, diced
1 Spring Onion, diced
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Creole Kick
1 tsp Dijon Mustard (I used Creole Mustard)
1Tbsp Relish
Salt & Pepper to taste
