Director of Claims Leo Perreault and Acadia are suing Michael Demers of Salem, NH for Defamation. Mr. Demers (left) a non- Lawyer is cross examining Mr. Perreault who was the Claims adjuster for Acadia and adjusted the loss due to an Oil Spill that occurred at his Mother's home in February of 2007 after Haffner's Oil Company over-filled the families oil tank. They are alleging that Mr. Demers made false statements of facts and defamed them and allege that Mr. Demers Boycott posters (artwork) cartoons, parodies and satirical works are defamatory and place them in a false light.
