This is a video roasting the Ethiopian Kembata Bean on an Artisan 6 roaster. This coffee is a bit trickier than most typical Ethiopians and when it hit first crack, it cracked crazier than I have ever seen any other coffee go, so I wanted to record this for you.

I also wanted to show how fast it wanted to hop up in temperature and progress thru the crack to let you see and have better ideas how to roast this one correctly.

The flavor profile DOES have nice Blueberry in it but you will have to let it rest a good week at least.
