Hoppin' John

It’s cold this morning in Olathe with a sleet and snow mix. Sounds like a great day for a crock pot meal. We are celebrating with a classic Hoppin’ John served over rice. I sautéed diced onion, garlic, and celery. I diced ham, added two cans of black eyed peas, and homemade turkey stock. Happy New Year!!!
