Happy New Year's Day everyone! Goodbye 2021; hello 2022!

In honor of the first day of 2022, I completed the New Year's Day 20x22 Fitness Challenge! It's a fitness challenge I completely made up but got me moving the first day of the year

The challenge is laid out like this:
- 1 lap around Frisco Square - an approx .3 mile
- 1 exercise, for 22 reps
- Repeat this 20 times
...hence, the 20x22 Challenge!

Jenny, my wife, and Brandon, my buddy, hosted the workout and kept you up to date on the progress of the workout, as well as responding to all of your comments. This would be a great workout to try at home as well!
