Hit the first site Cecil Peak Lookout

Perfect location to view the rise which creeps through the mountains. We were here in May so sunrise said it was 8 am each day, more like 9:15 am before you actually see the sun. You want to be rugged up here in the morning if you’re watching the sunrise. Free parking all along the esplanade.
