Puppy aggressive puppy dog fight wildlife nature

Four weeks old puppy, unbelievable aggressive. I call him "Serious". Serious do not share food; he also wants no other puppy to eat out of his dish. I have never see a puppy so aggressive at 4 weeks old. Is that normal?
