Sanctuary of Hope Groundbreaking on KSAT News

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Feb. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Sunday, John Hagee Ministries (JHM), a San Antonio-based international Christian ministry, broke ground on the Sanctuary of Hope (SOH), a state-of-the-art facility that will provide expectant mothers and their children a safe space from which to build a strong foundation for a fulfilling life.

SOH residents will receive on-site medical care, parental training, counseling, educational opportunities, and job placement assistance, among other services, free of charge. Building such a facility has been a lifelong dream for JHM founder Pastor John Hagee who spent time working at an orphanage during his formative years.

"As Christians we are mandated to help those in need. This facility will not save every mother and every child from poverty, but as my Jewish friends have taught me, if you save one life it is as if you saved an entire world. We are going to do what we can for everyone we can," Hagee said.
