A "Three Tribes" spiral rotation around the perimeter of the Sierpinski-nested dome, follows the order of rotation using the following sets of Tribes as follows:

Each of the IN -> Metabolism -> OUT processes for the three tribes in question requires a single phase in time, in order to complete the cycle of 4: Birth, Growth, Maturity, and Death (representing Priesthood, Kingdom, Prophets, and Exile in the earthly phase).
