25 minute guided relaxation using box breathing technique for mindfulness to help you calm down and connect with your inner self. This box breathing meditation will help you in being present to the moment.

Instructions:

Practice this box breath meditation in the morning on an empty stomach or before you go to sleep each night, or even twice a day if you have time. Lie down on your back or sit up with your back straight, where you will not be disturbed.

Follow the rhythm and count. Breathe in a smooth and connected way to the rhythm of the music and follow the counting.
