Why Do You Get Cramps (Tetany) During Breathwork Exercise? - SOMA Breath
Ever wonder why do you get these cramps during or after breathwork? What is the real reason why you get all these crampings in your hands when you do an intense breathwork session? You may have done a long Rebirthing or Holotropic breathwork exercise and towards the end of it your hands and your face may be cramping (called tetany). In this video, I explain what actually causes it and who is experiencing it.
