According to some Catholic traditions, the Rosary was given to Saint Dominic in a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Look at this passage in Colossians 2:18

"Let no one defraud you by acting as an umpire and declaring you unworthy and disqualifying you for the prize, insisting on self-abasement and worship of angels, taking his stand on visions [he claims] he has seen, vainly puffed up by his sensuous notions and inflated by his unspiritual thoughts and fleshly conceit," Colossians 1:18 AMPC

The practice of meditation during the praying of the "Hail Mary" was attributed to Dominic of Prussia in 1458 AD

The period after the First Council of Ephesus in 431 witnessed gradual growth in the use of "Marian" prayers during the Middle Ages.
One of the most interesting passages of Scripture to show the false teaching of Catholicism is when Paul is talking in 1 Timothy 4:1-3 and 2 Timothy 3:5-7 about the "perilous times" that for sure are here right now. Look at these passages and think about the Catholic "Priest" and the Roman Catholic teachings.

"Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
1 Timothy 4:1-3 NKJV

" having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." 2 Timothy 3:5-7 NKJV

There are "Marian" and "Rosary" places all over the world, God open the eyes of Catholics who are Christians to see the false teaching and GET IN THE BIBLE for their spiritual needs.
