NC Heartbeat Resolution Update | MSJN

NC McDowell County Commissioner Joins MSJN to give an update on the NC Heartbeat Resolution. Commissioner Chris Allison encourages NC citizens to contact their state representatives, senators, and the governor and voice their support of the Resolution. If North Carolina citizens and governing authorities are successful, NC will be the 15th state to protect babies as soon as a heartbeat is detected.
