Trotsky in New York: Travel Plans, Passports and Money

In this part I finish up on the Zimmerman telegram and it's hidden connection to the Balfour Declaration, and then move on to Trotsky moving on, specifically making his arrangements to travel back to Petrograd, activities monitored by British agent Wiseman. This starts getting into an area of dispute regarding conventional history and various schools of alternative history or conspiracy theory.
