Jump Rope #2

It was 42° degrees out and I was itchin' to workout outdoors. I mixed today's jump rope workout with body weight - plank variations. It was the easiest combination being on the public area and planks does not require a mat. I try to enjoy working out while I can because in one week I will be getting a surgery and I will be in complete rest for twelve weeks. Thank you for stopping by. Drop a hello on the comment.
