TOP 3 LIFTING MISTAKES
3 lifting mistakes I see in the gym a lot!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Doing reps too fast: this is not cardio, this is strength training. Slowing down the tempo is going to let you have better mind-muscle connection, focus on your form and move more weight. There is a time and a place for fast reps. But doing them every set is not it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣Only doing half reps: you’ll want to do the bulk of your sets with full range of motion for optimal muscle growth. Again there is a time and a place for half reps but make sure you are not doing half reps and calling them full reps.

3️⃣Not giving your full effort: I see some many people in the gym half assing their reps. Not challenging themselves to their full potential. If you want to grow your muscles you need to challenge them. This is your time, focus on you, give it your all.
