California covid dystopia: San Diego parents avert quackzine threat to their schoolchildren

In this mid-December 2021 video, jubilant parents celebrate their courtroom victory over the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD), who sought to deny education to those children that were still unjabbed as of the deadline date 21 January 2022.

The courtroom victory was the brainchild of Sharon Mckeeman, who Instagrams @sharonmckeeman, and who set up the corporate structure of @let_them_breathe_ and @let.them.choose to collect and focus her neighbours on this battle.

The victory was complete and final and not subject to further judgements or amendments by the same court, who found the Board to be ultra vires their power. We are told that the SDUSD has appealed to a higher court, and that this subsequent battle will set precedent for the state.
