France covid dystopia: proposed law to force quackzine on dissenters

It's truly deplorable how the Schwabian party, to which the President
of France Emmanuel Macron is attached, plan to use the force of the
law to impose their transhumanist vision on all their countrymen.

Here Nicholas Dupont-Aignan, who is a member of the National Assembly of France and was twice a Presidential candidate [0], and who has Instagram channel @dupontaignan, warns of a draconian legislative measure designed to force the quackzine on his countrymen. The bill was submitted [1] on 21 December 2021 by the Prime Minister of France, Jean Castex Instagram @jcastexpm under the "accelerated procedure" track. The video came to my attention on the morning of 28 December.

A translation of Dupont-Aignan's speech follows.

The government has submitted to the National Assembly a bill which is
entitled "to institute a permanent emergency medical system" in which
one article reads "the prime minister can:
* restrict travel
* restrict access to means of travel
* impose restrictions on certain activities
* obligate (someone to undergo) a laboratory test
* obligate (someone to undergo) preventative medical treatment
* administer a vaccine or a curative treatment.

The decree shall specify the (geographical) extent of the regime.

This means that we need now, in the next few days of January 2021, to
make a massive demonstration against this bill.

In January, the government will ask of its majority in the National
Assembly to pass this bill which will nullify the freedom of medical
choice.

The President of the Republic once promised not to compel Frenchmen to accept a vaccine of which we know not the composition nor the
activity, and which was poorly managed, and which is not a vaccine it
is a gene therapy, which is to say a RNA treatment that works on
cellular mechanisms.

This is unprecedented. The government is tempted to impose on you a
vaccine of which we know nothing. Professor Fisher, the government's
own scientific authority, clearly said that they didn't know whether
the vaccine would stop you from contracting the disease, nor whether
the vaccine would stop the transmission of the disease. And we don't
know the side effects of this gene therapy. I am not an anti-vaxxer. I
simply propose a profound scientific study before we impose this type
of measure.

From the bottom of my heart I hope that we find a solution, and why
not with a vaccine if that is possible. But I don't accept the
precipitation without complementary scientific studies. I only want us
to take a step back so that we have a little perspective. I will
combat with all my strength this bill which imposes a vaccine in order
to access services like public transport, museums, go to work, fly on
a plane because you see it as well as I do, we are near a
freedom-killing black hole.

Yes, we need to combat the virus. No, we can't interdict our
countrymen from the public concourse. We can't oblige them to be
vaccinated by a gene therapy which has nothing to do with a
traditional vaccine.

I weigh my words. I know that my words are serious and solemn. But in
a country paused for the Christmas holiday the Prime Minister and the
President of the Republic in silence publish a bill which seeks to
radically change the modus operandi of our society, when at the same
time Professor Peronne is fired from his hospital position [as chief
of the infectious diseases wing, ref 1-3], when other doctors are
given the choice to change their position or face termination, when
the College of Medical Doctors sanctions Professor Raoult [over his
hydroxychloroquine treatment ref 4] I say that something smells rotten
in this country which boasts of being the home of scientific
rationality. Yes, to progress. No, to a new sort of medical dictatorship.

Please broadcast this video as wide as you can on the networks before
certain censors try to blockade it. My countrymen must beware. You
need to write your representatives in Parliament TODAY, to query their
intentions over this bill to prohibit access to public services and force the vaccine on those who remain unwilling.
