Dust Devils, also known as Sand Devils, are a phenomenon that usually occurs in hot, clear skies with light breezes. These are relatively small and short eddies that occur when the earth's surface heats up quickly and the air above it is much colder. The hot air then stretches and causes a tornado-like spinning motion.
