In this video, we went over how the eyes control the spine, and through the spine control the whole body. When we move our eyes, the muscles in the back of the skull such as the rectus capitas major/minor contract with ocular movement. From there, the rectus capitas muscles send a signal to the rest of the spine on how to recruit the muscles based on the eyes movement. Consider the eyes when it comes to the dexterity of the hand of a chef cutting food!
