Episode 23 Full. The Same but Different

We were going to take a break from Covid talk but my spidey sense was tingling with the recent FDA approval of "Pfizer." Turns out, it is but it isn't. The same but it's not. I'm curious how this gets flagged (cause it will) since I really just read from the FDA fact sheets linked below.
