Fat Transfer to the Face (Fat Grafting)

This middle aged patient wanted more volume in her face.
As she's aging and losing weight, she is experiencing hollowing in the temples, deepening of the nasiolabial folds, the Glabella region.

So, what i did was get some fat from the abdomen and lose handles, purify the fat, and transfer it to the cheekbone, Mandibular line, temples, and nasiolabial folds.
