Housing Values & Market in Status Quo Or Is It ? FED to Raise Rates 3X in 2022. Recent FOMC meetings resulted in agreement to end QE and to raise rates a minimum of 3X in 2022. Analysts are saying, and betting, that there may be even more raises. Clearly any increase in interest rates will cause prospective Buyers to slow down or rethink their home purchases. This is one of many items that will contribute to the re-positioning of the Housing Market. More to come on this as the New Year hits.
