Isaiah Meanderings (24): Ch 28 God's STRANGE WAY as He Confronts the People's Violent Self-deception

God, speaking through Isaiah, addresses the northern kingdom's sinful leadership and then in the midst of the indictment, masterfully switches to Jerusalem herself. You Judah are not better than your northern sister - regardless of your sense of superiority. Your sins are seen and my love for you can not be silent - you are lacking justice, you are building upon lies and such edifices can not stand - they are crooked and are easily overturned.
