Commies: Nicaragua and Neoconservatism - part 1

In the last of the great transitional events of the socio-political life of Ron Radosh as portrayed in Commies, I take a look at his two trips to Sandinistaland Nicaragua in the 1980s, which I have referred to as his 1973 Cuba trip on steroids. By the end of the '80s it's clear that he has gone full neocon, although you would never hear him admitting to that. The first part presents his view from the book and from Disillusioned Radicals, the second part analyzes that and gets into the neoconservative angle to these conflicts, and the third part offers just one possible alternative view of central America in the 1980s.
