Quest for Distance - Runup Length (Vlogmas Day 21)

While doing some field work I realized I was getting what felt like better form by using a shorter run-up, but I didn't get the chance to measure the actual distances for comparison. Today I'm comparing a full run-up to an abbreviated run-up, and trying to find out: 1) If there's a difference in distance, 2) if that distance is significant, and 3) What's costing me distance? So join me as I try to figure out what the hell I'm doing with my throw!
