Carbon tax has been a major buzz word for about 7 years now, and is getting into more and more legislation by governments who want to tax their citizens into poverty for using fuels that society and governments haven't gotten people off of. This is a horrible, ridiculous idea that can never be allowed and those who are brainwashing people to allow it, need to get on the real solutions the world needs.
