It's one thing to "Hear" Gods voice, His word, His direction - But, it's another to Choose to Believe It, Receive It and then - ACT ON IT!
Joseph "Heard" from the angel of the LORD 4 times - and ACTED ON IT EACH TIME - Because of his "Faith" and his "Obedience" SALVATION was 'SAVED'!

Then the shepherds "Saw" and also "Heard" the angel of the LORD, then "Saw" the Glory of God, and then "Saw" and "Heard" the Heavenly Host - They too, Heard, and they Saw - AND THEY CHOSE TO OBEY - SPREADING THE GOOD NEWS OF SALVATION!
