Reprogram your mind with meditation

This is a clip from our Coaching membership call on Tuesday night which was called redefining meditation

The subconscious mind holds power on our entire system and we spend about 95% of our day unconscious.

Our body is very efficient and one of its main responsibilities is to consume energy. When we are conscious our brain is stimulated which uses energy. If we continue to do the same things, our body will eventually download the actions and store it into our subconscious. We eventually do things on automatic, in flow, using less energy

This is how habits are formed. 95% of our thoughts are the same as yesterday, which means if we continue to think the same thoughts and stresses, our body will take this on as new instructions and continue to act out those signals

To form new habits, we must first become conscious and create new instructions

This is where meditation comes in powerfully. It is suggested that it takes around 21 days to form new neural pathways. During the meditation we can create the thoughts first and then also experience these thoughts through our senses. Work at this consistently and you can override and old patterns that do not serve you

During this workshop we took our members through a wide range of meditation styles and suggested ways to make the meditation work for them

Instead of meditating change your narrative to what you will be getting from the experience

I am healing
I am disconnecting from work
I am getting an answer to my question
I am going to a place of bliss
I am being present

Meditation will
Influence every area of your lives.
