Sprouts

Food Security would not be the same without a supply of sprouts. There is a number that grow very well in a couple of days in your home on the kitchen sink as a matter of fact. Mung beans whole Lentils adzuki beans and alfalfa seeds to name a few. These can all be grown in a sprouting jar on your sink in a couple of days. Another great spout is sunflower seeds grown a little differently but delicious. All the seeds for these sprouts can be stored for two years with no problems. If you are unable to get a supply of vegetables, spouts will supply most of the vitamins and minerals you need for maximum health along with the rest of the legumes and grains included in the Aussie Food Security Guide. In this video, Di shows you how to prepare and grow your sprouts. Get your copy for the Aussie Food Security Guide here FREE
