6th Circuit Court of Appeals Reversed 5th Circuit on Biden’s OSHA COVID Mandate, CNN Cums Themselves

Somehow, all of the lawsuits in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals were consolidated and sent to the 6th Circuit Court to be adjudicated there instead. With this happening, Biden’s DOJ files an appeal with the 6th Circuit and the court conveniently rules in his administration’s favor. I am sure everything was clearly above board with how this happened too.
