Anxiety isn’t something you can wish yourself out of. I have dealt with a large spectrum of anxiety in my life from dealing with a constant underlying state of anxiety that gives me hyperhidrosis, short-term memory loss, irritability to having anxiety attacks so bad I’ve ended up in the hospital. I even had one recently where I was about to call an ambulance. Thank God those episodes are few and far between, but unfortunately, it’s been years that I’ve been dealing with this thorn in my flesh.
