This is a Farukhabad Sorowa as well as a Lucknow Chalan. It is in tintaal, which is a 16-beat cycle. This beautiful theme was taught to me by my teacher Randy Gloss who learned from our guru Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri.

I am using Kuber Das tabla set.
