Doing a service on a 1967 Mercury Thunderbolt 950 95hp outboard motor. A fellow Youtuber brought me this engine to see if I can get it to run. Its a pretty rare engine. I've not seen one of these before.
In this episode I rebuild the fuel pumps. It has two fuel pumps so I had to figure out how the fuel deliver system works. Normally you just have one fuel pump to deal with. This one has two fuel pumps. Thanks for watching!
