Pinar Del Rio Habano Sungrown Toro Cigar Review

This 6x50 stick features a medium brown firmly packed oily slightly toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, triple cap and faint sweet woody aroma. First light reveals a loose draw with light whispy mild-medium bodied smoke showing flavors of a slightly sweet creamy textured vegetal note and light woody long finish. The first third comes up to a medium body with very smooth mellow flavors of the same sweet creamy wood both on the draw and finish. The ash holds over an inch at a time and construction is perfect with a razor sharp burn. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 35 minutes, the wood is swapped for nuttiness and a slight pepper joins the finish. Ending at 1:15 the last third kept the perfect construction with no flavor changes and no strength.
