The Senate & House Budget Committees Ranking Members, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO) discussed Pres. Biden’s social spending plan and why it should not be passed. The plan also known as the Build Back Better Act is currently stalled in the Senate. Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has yet to announce whether he’d support it.
