Why criticism sucks (and how to handle it)

Recently Youtube has taken down its dislike button function and I saw some people frowning at this new policy while others cheering for it. The people who support this decision made me start to think further about why we hate disapproval so much, and what actions can we do to take criticism better. In this video, I discussed why we hate negative feedback and what solutions are there for us to handle it in a more mature and healthy manner.
