After being called out for its questionable fact-checking practices, Facebook is now saying its fact-checks are actually “opinion” and therefore immune to defamation lawsuits. Apparently, it really never was about facts, but about the feelings of the fact-checkers. After New York announced an indoor mask mandate, California is now following suit, ordering a statewide indoor mask mandate that takes effect on Wednesday. If it didn’t work the first time, just keep putting on that mask and don’t ask any questions. Famous socialist streamers Hasan Piker and Vaush were kicked off Twitch for using racist language toward white people. Sometimes you reap what you sow.
