Episode 4 "Overcoming the Stories We Tell Ourselves" - An Interview with James Donald

James lives in Calgary, Alberta and is the founder of the United Universal Collective where he helps people overcome the stories they tell themselves of their past as they learn to live in the present moment. In this episode James shares the journey of his awakening and explains how we each can learn to let go of the past and live in the present moment. He also shares news of the “LightHouse” project that he and his partners have embarked on.

The LightHouse has been designed as a healing center, that is focused on community and support, offering Yoga, Sound Baths, Meditation, workshops focused on Relating, Communication and Holistic Nutrition and Wellness. This spiritual retreat sits on 20 acres of pristine land in the Canadian wilderness in Balzac, Alberta, Canada, and is currently being offered as a bed and breakfast.

My name is Joey Kramer, and in December of 2020 I rewrote my DNA and it changed my life forever!
