Why are you always sick? (I hope you feel better)

With a live audience of my dogs, today! Anyway, acoustic, because, that's what I had available. And the Pop Punk vocals aren't because I can't do other types of vocals (believe me, I can), it's because I have a hard time hitting high notes, and that's the closest to what I can get to.
Anyway, I do have a friend who always seems to be sick (she has other medical issues) and I wanted to make a song about it.
