CPI rises 6 2% making 4x4 White Pine with Stress more valuable Woodmizer LT35HD

Cutting 4x4's that are 16 ft long white pine on the Wood mizer LT35 HD sawmill. Most of the white pine i cut is relatively stress free logs. However this one had some stress in it. I agree most of that stress could have been kept in the log by boxing the core, or at least not taking my 4x4 through the middle of the core. There really was not enough tree to avoid cutting the heart of the log and these are my 4x4's for my own personnel use.

As far as the CPI (consumer price index, cost of living) How can I afford to sell my lumber at the same price as last year, when Everything i buy is costing me 6.2% more ?
